What are our experiences of managing change in the workplace? This will include activities to remind us of our experiences of change in the workplace and how it feels to go through changes.
People don’t mind change, they just don’t want to be changed! We also explore the effects of being managed through change and what they have on us.
Why should we both be changing and what are the reasons that we need to change what we do and how we do it?
This section will include working through the rationale for change to show a business case for implementing changes.
What can you do to manage change more successfully in your workplace so that performance is enhanced and resistance is minimised?
This will include looking at why people resist change and how to reduce the severity of resistance.
What is the difference between leading people through change and managing them through it?
This will explore the difference between management and leadership and how each play an important part in enhancing performance during times of change.
This couse includes a thorough summary, complete with QA session for you to explore fully the course content.
