Chartered Manager Awarded to Paul Haley, BHBi
BHBi Director Paul Haley has been awarded Chartered Manager (CMgr) status by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Chartered Manager is the highest status that can be achieved in the managerial profession. Awarded only by the CMI, it is recognised throughout the public and private sectors and across all management disciplines. The award recognises Paul’s outstanding skills and commitment and evidence of managerial impact made. The impact assessment was based on Paul’s volunteer work on community regeneration within Barry, Wales largest town.
Paul, Director of Strategic Operations for BHBi Consultancy Limited, achieved his Chartered status through the Professional Discussion route and was delighted by the news. He said: “It is a real honour to achieve Chartered Manager status and be recognised by the CMI. This is a testament to the learning and development opportunities BHBi has provided me and the volunteer time afforded under our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.”
Paul, who is from Barry, is the second BHBi Director to achieve Chartered Manager status and signals BHBi’s commitment to developing its staff and to other employers Managers & Leaders, who are seeking to become Chartered Managers themselves.
BHBi – one of Wales leading learning providers - is an Approved Integrated Centre for the Chartered Management Institute.
