Preparing for the CIA takes sustained effort alongside work and other commitments. Clear explanations, encouragement and the chance to ask questions can help you keep making progress when a topic proves difficult.
Support that helps you understand
Mark Barnes has spent more than two decades helping candidates prepare for their examinations. His approach centres on making difficult topics understandable, encouraging questions and connecting the syllabus with practical audit work.
One delegate who passed CIA Part 3 thanked Mark for his help with Parts 2 and 3. Their experience reflects the value of support during study, alongside the independent work needed to prepare for an examination. Each candidate’s progress and results will differ.
Classroom tuition is one part of that preparation. Use the sessions to work through unfamiliar concepts, discuss examples and identify areas that need more attention. A realistic study plan gives you time to revisit those areas between courses and before the exam.
BHBi brings candidates together for face-to-face learning in Cardiff. Speak to the team if you would like help choosing the appropriate CIA part or planning your next course.
