Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Promoter: The promoter is BHBi, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ.

  • Eligibility: The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of BHBi and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • How to Enter: To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the BHBi Easter Quiz and submit a valid email address via the form provided at the end of the quiz.

  • Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 23:59 on Tuesday 30th April 2025.

  • Prize: One winner will receive a £20 M&S (Marks & Spencer) gift voucher. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the deadline. The draw will take place on Wednesday 1st May 2025.

  • Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, BHBi reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • Data Protection: Email addresses collected for the purposes of the draw will be used solely for winner notification and will not be used for marketing unless the entrant has opted in separately. All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • General: BHBi reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
