For Non IIA courses, it is your responsibility to ensure you have understood what is covered by the course fees, and what is not covered.

Withdrawals and cancellations

BHBi recognises that a change of circumstances can be unavoidable and may necessitate students withdrawing from their course of study. However, BHBi has to commit to advance contracts for training venues etc. Therefore, once an Invoice has been raised and issued by BHBi, BHBi is unable to make any refunds.

You cannot defer or carry forward your course of study to another study session.

Courses delivered by elements of online learning will be deemed to have commenced from the point that the delegate is issued with an online username and password.

Some courses are time-bounded by the Governing Body or Institute. Students must complete their courses and assignments within these time periods. BHBi accepts no responsibility for students not completing their work within the time periods and having their enrolment cancelled by the Governing Body or Institute.

Cancellation by BHBi

Where circumstances dictate, BHBi reserves the right to alter published programmes, speakers, fees or venue without prior notice. In such cases its liability will be restricted to a refund of any course fee paid.

Liability

BHBi does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its courses and workshops. Delegates should take specific advice when dealing with specific situations. Opinions expressed are those of individual speakers and not necessarily those of BHBi.

Some courses are time-bounded by the Governing Body or Institute. Students must complete their courses and assignments within these time periods. BHBi accepts no responsibility for students not completing their work within the time periods and having their enrolment cancelled by the Governing Body or Institute.
