Overall Purpose                       

Increasingly auditors need to be able to convince colleagues and other stakeholders to take on ideas and recommendations using sound arguments and confident delivery of these recommendations.

A thorough understanding of effective influencing techniques and then being able to apply these well in a wide variety of situations is, therefore, vital for every auditor.  

We have been running Effective Influencing programmes for over 15 years with a track record of success stories and regular highly positive feedback regarding how well these techniques work in all manner of situations, both inside and outside of work.

This virtual workshop with a live course tutor explores the positive influencing behaviours and provides opportunities to apply them in a number of practice scenarios and real-life situations.

• Have explored how to gain commitment from others through the use of personal “power”
• Have practiced positive influence behaviours and identified those that you wish to develop further
• Have identified how you might apply positive influencing behaviours to specific work-based scenarios
• Have gained an understanding about yourself and your personal motivations when working with people
